Â£13,000 – Â£18,000 plus uncapped commission
This role has an on target earning potential of Â£40,000 + Pension, Bonus, BUPA, ShareSave, 6.6 weeks holiday
Driving license essentialÂ
As a B&Q Sales Consultant, youâll work as part of our showroom sales team to help our customers find quality kitchens and bathrooms suited to their lifestyle.Â
A confident, organised and friendly manner is essential to this role, as youâll be designing, advising and actively selling to our customers both in store and in their homes. Investing in these rooms is a big decision, and our customers often need a little extra guidance to realise their ideal space and commit to purchase.Â
We prefer that you have design experience, but we provide comprehensive in house training using our own design technology for the right candidates. Youâll become a role model to our customer advisors, happy to share knowledge and provide training that encourages them to deliver excellent service in-store.Â
Itâs crucial that you have professional experience working towards measurable targets, as together with the sales team, youâll be responsible for increasing sales across our showroom department. All of our Sales Consultants are targeted on a minimum sales performance, with commission payable once this minimum level has been achieved. BeingÂ Europeâs leading DIYÂ Home Improvement retailer youâll benefit from the number of customers youâll have the opportunity to sell to.
We need our Design Consultants to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.Â
